JOB DESCRIPTION

Leading global FinTech platform which supports a community of 4M employees across 575 clients in the UK and US, and provide a suite of financial employee benefits, to help employees improve their financial health and happiness.

• Evaluate the risk of all new prospective corporate clients
• Monitor any changes in risk among the existing portfolio of companies and recommend mitigating actions where
  risks change materially
• Support the CRO in driving the Enterprise Risk Management strategy and process
• Conduct analytical modelling for example of product unit economics (e.g.
  NPV per loan), identifying and monitoring the evolution of key value-driving variables/ assumptions
