Performing a vital senior leadership role within the sales division. This sales leader would be designing, developing and implementing a strategy to accelerate their SME portfolio, whilst leading and developing a team of both in-bound and out-bound sales consultants. This candidate would be delivering on their core commercial outputs of acquiring SMEs at scale and driving cross-functional outcomes to improve operational onboarding efficiency. High-volume sales experience was extremely important due to the expectation of scale they are going through in the SME sector.

Solution

After discussing the clients requirements, an agreed profile was defined in conjunction with the Global Head of Small and Medium Business & Corporate Recruiter. A full map of the market was provided with over 200 individuals contacted. From this, a suitable shortlist of 10 candidates, with a range of expertise, ranging from 8-15 years of experience. These candidates had the knowledge and expertise of building and leading a sales team, previous experience in SME acquisition, alongside experience in dealing with high-volume sales.

Outcome

The client appointed a Senior Sales Manager to support leading SMB acquisition across the ANZ region within 8 weeks of briefing Mana Search.
